Affordable aircon servicing at City Cooling starts at $35 for one unit and drops to $20 per unit when five units are serviced in one visit. All prices are subject to GST. This guide shows what you pay at every unit count, what a low-priced service should still include, and the extra charges to ask about before you book.
What does affordable aircon servicing cost in Singapore?
At City Cooling, general servicing costs $35 for one unit, $70 for three units and $100 for five units, subject to GST. The price per unit falls as you add units, because one visit covers travel and set-up for every unit at once. Most homes with three to five units pay between $20 and $23.33 per unit.

What should a cheap aircon servicing still include?
A low price is only good value if the basic work is still done. A proper general service cleans the filters and the indoor coil, clears the drain line, checks the gas level and the electrical parts, and comes with a workmanship warranty. If an offer leaves any of these out, the low price buys you less.
What City Cooling’s general service includes

Questions to ask about any low advertised price
- Is the price per unit, or only for the second unit onwards?
- Is there a minimum number of units?

- Is there a warranty, and what does it cover?
- What happens, and what does it cost, if the technician finds the gas is low?
Ask these before the visit. Getting the answers in writing is the simplest way to compare two quotes fairly.
What extra charges should you check before you book?
The charges that surprise people are the ones outside general servicing: a gas top-up, a condenser service, a chemical wash or overhaul, and a troubleshooting fee. At City Cooling each one has a fixed listed price, shown below, and every price is subject to GST.

How can you lower your aircon servicing cost?
The biggest saving comes from servicing all your units in one visit, because the per-unit price falls with every unit you add. If you service three or four times a year, a contract costs less than booking each visit separately. Cleaning the filters yourself between visits also keeps the unit running efficiently.
Book all your units in one visit
Three units serviced together cost $70, or $23.33 each. Booked one at a time, the same three units would cost $105.
Consider contract servicing

Is the cheapest aircon servicing worth it?
For a unit that is serviced on schedule and working well, a basic low-cost service is usually enough. It becomes a false saving when the unit already leaks, smells or cools poorly, because those problems need a chemical wash, a gas check or a repair that a quick general service will not fix.

How much does aircon servicing cost for a 3-unit home in Singapore?
At City Cooling, general servicing for three units costs $70, or $23.33 per unit, subject to GST. A full service of an outdoor condenser is a separate $80, and a gas top-up is only charged if the gas check shows it is needed.
Why is aircon servicing cheaper per unit when you have more units?
One visit covers the travel and set-up for every unit at once, so the cost is shared. At City Cooling the price falls from $35 for one unit to $20 per unit at five units and $19 per unit at six to eight units, subject to GST.
Is there a transport or call-out fee?
No. City Cooling does not charge a transport or call-out fee on top of its listed servicing prices. The prices you see on our pricing page are subject to GST.
Does general servicing include a gas top-up?
No. General servicing includes a gas level check. If the system is low, a top-up is a separate charge based on the refrigerant: $50 to $80 for R22, $80 to $120 for R410A and $100 to $150 for R32, subject to GST.
Is there a warranty on general servicing?
Yes. General servicing at City Cooling comes with a 90-day workmanship warranty. Water leaking after a general service or chemical overhaul is covered for three months.
