Contract customers get priority scheduling, and the 4-visit plan saves the most: up to $93 a year compared with booking each visit separately. Contracts cover general servicing only. Outdoor condenser servicing, chemical washes and gas top-ups are charged separately at our listed prices.

Aircon servicing contract prices
A City Cooling contract costs $155 a year for 2 units on the 3-visit plan, which works out at $25.83 per unit per visit. The more units you have, the lower the price per visit, down to $16.09 on the 4-visit plan for 8 units.

Contract vs one-time servicing: how much you save in a year
The 4-visit contract saves between $25 and $93 a year against booking the same visits one at a time. The 3-visit contract saves less, $10 to $41 a year, so choose it for the convenience and priority scheduling rather than the price.

What every contract visit includes
Every contract visit is a full general service of each indoor unit, following the same checklist each time.
- Clean and check the air filter and filter cover
- Clean and check the indoor cooling coil
- Flush the drainage system to prevent leaks
- Check the deodorising filter
- Check the compressor suction and discharge pressure
- Check and lubricate the fan motor bearing, if needed
- Visual check of the outdoor condenser coil
- Priority scheduling for contract customers
- 90-day workmanship warranty after each visit

3 or 4 visits a year: which plan suits you?
Choose 4 visits a year if your aircon runs most nights or most of the day. Choose 3 if you use it lightly.
4 visits a year (every 3 months)
Suits homes where:
- the aircon runs most nights or for 8 hours or more a day
- there are pets or smokers
- the flat is near a main road or a construction site
- several bedrooms are cooled overnight
3 visits a year (every 4 months)
Suits homes where:
- the aircon is used in the evenings or at weekends only
- only one or two rooms are cooled regularly

How your contract works
- Tell us your units and plan. WhatsApp the number of units and whether you want 3 or 4 visits a year.
- We confirm the price. You get the total for the year before anything is booked.
- We book your first visit. Appointments run 7 days a week, 10am to 7pm, subject to availability.
- We keep you on schedule. Every visit follows the same checklist.
