Panasonic aircon servicing and repair
Need Panasonic aircon repair or a routine service? Our technicians work on Panasonic wall-mounted, inverter and multi-split systems in homes and offices across Singapore.
Common Panasonic aircon problems
- Water dripping from the indoor unit. Usually a blocked drain pipe or a dirty drain pan. A general service or chemical wash clears it.
- Weak cooling on hot afternoons. Often a dirty cooling coil or low refrigerant. We check the gas pressure on every service.
- Unit switches off by itself. Can point to a sensor or communication fault between the indoor and outdoor units.
Panasonic error codes and blinking lights
When a Panasonic unit detects a fault, the timer light usually blinks. Many Panasonic remotes can then show the error code. Send us a photo of the code or a short video of the blinking light, and we can often tell you the likely cause before we arrive.
How we service and repair Panasonic aircons
We clean the filters, cooling coil and drainage, check refrigerant pressure and test the electrical parts. For repairs, we diagnose first and confirm the part and the price with you before starting.
LG aircon servicing and repair
We provide LG aircon servicing and LG aircon repair for wall-mounted, inverter and multi-split units, including newer models that run on R32 refrigerant.
Common LG aircon problems
- Aircon not cold. Common causes are a clogged filter or coil, or a refrigerant leak that needs finding before a top-up.
- Error code on the display. LG indoor units show a code when a sensor or the indoor-outdoor connection reports a fault.
- Musty smell when switched on. Mould on the coil and blower wheel, which a chemical wash or overhaul removes.
LG error codes
Most LG units show a numbered error code on the indoor display. Send us the code with your model number, and we will tell you whether it needs a technician or a simple reset.
How we service and repair LG aircons
Every LG service includes filter and coil cleaning, a drainage flush, a gas pressure check and an electrical test. R32 units are handled with the correct tools and procedures for that refrigerant.

Midea aircon servicing and repair
Midea systems are common in newer HDB flats, and we provide Midea aircon repair and servicing for wall-mounted and System 2 to 4 setups.
Common Midea aircon problems
- Indoor and outdoor units stop talking to each other. The indoor unit shows a code and the aircon will not cool. Causes range from loose wiring to a faulty control board.
- Water leaking after heavy use. Usually a blocked drain or a dirty drain pan.
- Uneven cooling across rooms on a multi-split system. Often one indoor unit needs cleaning, or the system is low on refrigerant.
Midea error codes
Midea units display a letter-and-number code on the indoor panel when something is wrong. Send us a photo of the code and your model number before booking.
How we service and repair Midea aircons
We service each indoor unit and check the shared outdoor unit on multi-split systems. Living in an HDB flat? Our HDB aircon servicing guide covers ledge access and how often to service.
Servicing and repair for other aircon brands
We also service and repair the brands below. Each gets the same checks, prices and warranty as the brands above.
Fujitsu aircon servicing and repair
We handle Fujitsu aircon repair and servicing for wall-mounted and multi-split units. A common call-out is a unit that runs but no longer cools well, usually from a dirty coil or low refrigerant. Send your Fujitsu model number on WhatsApp for a quote.
Toshiba aircon servicing and repair
For Toshiba aircon repair, we check the indoor and outdoor units, refrigerant pressure and electrical parts before quoting. Toshiba inverter units are serviced the same way as our other inverter systems.
Samsung aircon servicing and repair
We service Samsung wall-mounted and inverter units. Samsung aircon repair calls often involve water leaks or a unit that shows an error code on start-up. Send us the code before booking.
York aircon servicing and repair
York systems are mostly found in offices, shops and larger homes with ducted or packaged units. See our commercial aircon servicing page for maintenance contracts and response times.
Hitachi and Carrier aircon servicing and repair
We service and repair Hitachi and Carrier units in homes and offices. Parts for some older models can take time to source, so we confirm availability and price before starting any repair.
Brand not listed?
We work on most residential and commercial aircon brands sold in Singapore. Send us the brand and model number on WhatsApp and we will confirm before you book.
Daikin and Mitsubishi aircon specialists
Daikin and Mitsubishi are two of the brands we service most, so each has its own page with brand-specific details.

Daikin aircon servicing
Servicing, repair and chemical cleaning for Daikin units, including VRV and multi-split systems.

Mitsubishi aircon servicing
Servicing and repair for Mitsubishi units, including Starmex and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries systems.
Will independent servicing void my aircon warranty?
Routine servicing and repair under a manufacturer’s warranty are two different things, and it helps to keep them apart.
If your unit is under warranty and develops a fault, contact the manufacturer or the shop you bought it from first. Warranty repairs are usually only free when the brand’s own service team or its appointed contractor carries them out.
Routine servicing such as cleaning, drainage flushing and gas checks is a separate matter. Terms differ by brand, so check your warranty card for any servicing conditions. Some brands ask for regular servicing records, so keep your receipts.
Once the warranty has ended, there is no warranty to protect, and an independent servicing company is usually the faster and cheaper option.
However you book, City Cooling’s own work is covered:
- 90-day workmanship warranty on servicing
- 3 months’ cover for water leaking after a general service or chemical overhaul
- 3 to 6 months’ warranty on spare parts we replace, depending on the part

How aircon repair works for any brand
- Send us the details. WhatsApp your brand, model number and the error code or symptom. A photo or short video helps.
- Get a slot. Appointments run 7 days a week, 10am to 7pm, and same-day slots are often available.
- We diagnose, then quote. The technician finds the fault and tells you the price before any repair starts.
- Repair and warranty. We fix the unit, test it, and cover the work with our workmanship and parts warranty.

How much does aircon servicing cost for my brand?
General servicing starts from $35 per unit, $55 for two units and $70 for three. Chemical wash, chemical overhaul and gas top-up prices depend on the unit, so send us your brand and model number and we will confirm the price before you book. All prices are subject to GST.
Will servicing by City Cooling void my manufacturer’s warranty?
Warranty repairs on a faulty unit should go to the manufacturer while the warranty is active. Routine servicing terms differ by brand, so check your warranty card and keep your servicing receipts.
What does a blinking light on my aircon mean?
A blinking light is usually the unit reporting a fault code. The pattern means different things on each brand, so send us a photo or video with your model number.
Can you get spare parts for my brand?
We source parts for the brands we service. Before starting any repair, we confirm the part, the price and the waiting time with you.
