Great service at reasonable price, and it’s fast and reliable as always. City cooling was also willing to accommodate to date changes due to sudden rain conditions at my place. The aircon technicians also shared tips on how to maintain our aircon. Will definitely engage them again.

Just had a very good experience with City Cooling's technicians Yong and Soon, for which I would like to commend them.One of my aircon units is a particularly tricky one, as it is located close to a high ceiling, to service a loft area, and can only be accessed via a 5m ladder. Many companies have not been able to do the job (esp for chemical overhaul).After realising that their original ladder was too short, instead of turning down the job, they went to obtain the right ladder, and completed it without any fuss. Their attitude was very professional,. They also recommended a long-term solution to relocate the aircon unit, such that it would be less problematic for servicing in future, which was very useful.Lastly, they were on time, which I really appreciate, due to bad experiences with other servicing companies. Looking at taking up a regular contract with them in future.Updated review (2025): Have been with this servicing company for years. Good rate, reliable, and always prompt in checking in for regular servicing. Thanks!

Shun/Chun is attentive, careful and responsible technician who does and clean up our aircon careful properly. I also asked them on how my master bedroom aircon not cool and ask them adjust direction to make my room cooler

Order for 3 unit wash. 3 technician does the job, is surprising. They do it quick and professional. After they left, 1 of aircon leaking water. I text them, less than 10 minute they arrived and fix it well. 👍

My aircon servicing has been thru City Cooling since early 2022. They are professional in their aircon servicing. Highly recommend technician Cong. Extremely knowledgeable. He was able to narrow down the issue when my aircon failed. He brave the rain to check the external compressor unit (roof top) and found the circuit board was faulty. He deserved a raise 😄. I’ve since request for Cong on my aircon servicing. Keep up the good work👍🏻.
