AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Zero ethic, and the worst quality work I've ever had done on my property.1) Recommended the wrong size compressor.2) Installed compressor in a way there's no way to access maintenance panel.3) Asked for more money to fix problems they created.4) Slow responses from the start, technicians will come late or just not turn up without any warning.Wasted months going back and forth with Mitsubishi and finally they refused to do anything.AVOID. Good experiences with these people are pure luck. They also managed to break wiring for my lights when they installed.Edit: You can see all the excuses in the reply here, they will never take accountability for problems they create.I was EXPLICITLY ASSURED that the system was adequate when purchasing.You can also see a complete lack of addressing the issue that it was installed in a way that the maintenance panel cannot be accessed - something that actually makes the voltage adjustment that Mitsubishi suggested impossible until it is moved. They would rather make nonsensical suggestions like re-partitioning my house and installing window films instead of rectifying even a single one of their errors.BUYER BEWARE - Save yourself a lot of trouble and go with some actual professionals.

Engaged this company to give it a try as I was absolutely disgusted with Gaincity service standard. Engaged them to trouble shoot & finally decided to change out my old Mitsubishi aircon as it started to give some trouble after 5 years of nightly use. The team that came was very professional and polite. They did a great job. I am impressed with their professionalism and good workmanship. Requests to the company was attended promptly and dates for servicing was scheduled quickly. Service team arrived promptly and they also call up before coming. Thank you.

Trustworthy and honest company. The technicians came on time and were very professional. The company was responsive to my enquiries and provided quotations for various maintenance services. Able to arrange urgent job and completed it as promised. The cleaning job was performed efficiently without short-cut, and was also neat. The service person looked clean and dressed properly for the job. This is especially nice when visiting the customer’s home. He was also polite and answered my questions patiently.

The guys did a fine job cleaning the aircon. They suggested using pressured gas to clean the metal grill.However, one of the guys put the gas canister on my drawer top without any protection and scratched the top. So maybe next time, they can take note of this when they want to lay any industrial grade equipment on home furnitures.Understand they might need to rush but due care is still important. It would have been otherwise a very positive experience.

Saw good google reviews so decided to give them a try.First time engaging them to do chemical overhaul for my bedroom aircon (leaking) + normal condenser water flushing.Thanks to Chee and Muthu to do a thorough aircon cleaning. They were also friendly to give advice.Office staffs are also very responsive to your queries and good customer service support. This' very assuring for customers.You can always reach them via their office nos but they mainly communicate via Whatsapp which is easier to provide advice and whatever info you need.I like that they have a website with comprehensive/helpful info and pricings for various services 👍Planning to engage them for regular servicing... etc.Hope they will be better than those i previous engaged; who sadly were quite slipshod (not thoroughly clean) in their aircon servicing and exorbitant charges without warranty 😔.

I switched to Ciity cooling more than a year ago , maybe closer to two. Their technicians are efficient, do their job well and go about their work quietly, and prices are very reasonable . I always get very prompt responses via WhatsApp whenever I get in touch with them. All in all I am very happy with their services.

1. They charge an additional $15 for removing the blower in the FCU when doing servicing. And they don't seek your approval before they do that. 2. When they don't know how to dismantle an old FCU model for servicing, they will just remove the cover to clean the filters which all of us can perform. 3. The aircon were cleaned by Whole City Aircon Service (invoice 26446) on 30May25. The only male tenant moved out on 14Jun25 and the property was not inhabited until 30Jul25. How dirty can the aircon be? For those who read this review, Whole City knew how to clean a Fujitsu aircon properly.

I’ve always used this company for aircon servicing and I’m very satisfied with their service. They are professional, friendly, and always explain how to maintain the aircon properly. They also remind me every 3 or 6 months when it's time for the next servicing, but they are never pushy. Their prices are very reasonable and transparent. Highly recommended!
