Commendable service. Was really impressed with their thorough and meticulous service.I would like to commend on Catherine's execllent customer service. When I called her, appointments was full for them. But after hearing my situation, she makes magic and grant me an appointment with urgency remarks for her co-worker to assist me.I was facing a leakage in one of my FCU. Upon arrival (which they came 10min earlier😊), after both *Technician Shun and Hou* assessed, they advised to do chemical washing only. They did a general check on other FCUs and gave an honest opinion that it was unnecessary to do servicing. Salute to their professional and genuine opinion, which makes me incline in using their service in future. Which makes me decided to sign a servicing contract with them.Next, they did a flushing for both my compressor to prolong the life span, in a heavy rain. They are humble and ignore all condition to get things done, no doubt they get really wet.👍🏻Throughout the process, they will call for us to assess their job done. Rather than us eye-hawking on them. This shows how confident they are In their service rendered. I even teased them is it squeaky clean enough, and they really rub on the surface and which produces the squeaky sound.🤣Overall, they did a top notch job from my 1st enquiry call to the end of my whole appointment. Squeaky clean. Superb.

Just want to thank both the air con specialists (Shun & Hou) who attended to me. Both were professional and knowledgable and advised for me to let them perform an assessment on which aircon units to service instead of servicing every unit. In the end I did a chemical wash for my Master bedroom unit (daily use) and 2 aircon compressors. Thank you for the excellent service provided and keep up the great work (Shun & Hou) 👍👍👍

Have been using City Cooling for a few years for aircon servicing. Reasonable package price, prompt reminders for quarterly service, quick appointment scheduling and after service follow ups. Cong and Raja has been providing professional services all these times. Cong will always check if there’s any issues before and after servicing each visit. Thank you!
