City Cooling did assist beyond its usual job scope when our living room aircon was found with a leak less than 1 month from last servicing. The repair team managed to arrive on site on the same day and the leak has been fixed. Thank you for the service. Appreciated.

Just had a very good experience with City Cooling's technicians Yong and Soon, for which I would like to commend them.One of my aircon units is a particularly tricky one, as it is located close to a high ceiling, to service a loft area, and can only be accessed via a 5m ladder. Many companies have not been able to do the job (esp for chemical overhaul).After realising that their original ladder was too short, instead of turning down the job, they went to obtain the right ladder, and completed it without any fuss. Their attitude was very professional,. They also recommended a long-term solution to relocate the aircon unit, such that it would be less problematic for servicing in future, which was very useful.Lastly, they were on time, which I really appreciate, due to bad experiences with other servicing companies. Looking at taking up a regular contract with them in future.

City Cooling responded very quickly with a free site visit to my apartment and provided me with an email quotation on aircon installation on the same day. They were able to fix an appointment the following week to carry out the dismantling of my old system and installation of new aircons. All the work was completed within a day. Great job!

I would like to feedback about the 2 workers that came for the installation (Ah Xi and Ah Sen). They were very hardworking and made a good assessment of the placement of the aircons. I could sense it was a challenging job but they persevered for 2 days to ensure the job is completed on time. I would also like to thank the customers service officer Chloe for always replying my questions and considerations. My sincerest thanks to you and your team. Definitely recommended! 😊👍🏾💪🏾

Have been engaging them 3x/yr for close to 4 years. Crew will always come in pairs; and they work hand-in-hand to ensure efficiency. Always punctual during appointments.Due care is taken when removing aircon covers, filters etc and leaves the house at the same state that they came.Professional maintenance work done to all my aircon units. Even the chemical wash provided was carried out conscientiously.Package pricing is competitive and able to recommend you packages based on the number of active aircon used in the household.

The team of 3 that came to my place did a 7 hour job to install my aircon. Changing the pipe layout as we requested where they changed the converter and aircon. The team even suggested me to use Mitsubishi instead of other Brand’s for the convenience of spare parts for future repairs. Happy to have the service of this team!

The company has the professional staffs. The admin guy is really patient with the customer. They explain clearly all my questions about air-con. Moreover, the technical guys are also lovely and friendly. They helped me to have a good quality air-con with the cheaper price. Especially, the wall is not damaged. The two technicians Siang and Yiong who did chemical overhaul for my aircon this morning were very professional and conscientious in carrying out their tasks .They were both very knowledgeable in giving advice on future maintenance, retrofitting and repairing works required. 2 thumbs up for their great service!! The service technicians did a good job. I'm using this company again for my quarterly package.My aircon capacitors were shot and they changed it, pricey but I got a small discount.The guy also advised me what to maintain for future.I hope their technicians continue with their great work and have recommended to my colleague. Very impressed with City Cooling Engineering's service and would highly recommend them. I have used City Cooling twice for emergency repairs and have been very happy. They worked hard to accommodate my repair quickly (either same or next day) and the workman were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful; explaining the issues well and resolving the problems first time. I will definitely use them again.
