The technicians arrived on time, cleaned my aircon units thoroughly which in fact i did not do any chemical overhaul the past almost 7 years😬 (only normal servicing) and its working good after. The technician were also patient in explaining some of my questions.

Rana & his partner did a chemical overhaul for 2 bedrooms. They were punctual, in fact arrived earlier than scheduled. He explained & took pictures to confirm a chemical overhaul is necessary. He also gave some good suggestions to my mouldy ceiling as a result of condensation from the aircon. Overall I am satisfied with the service. 👍

I've been having my aircon units serviced for more than 5 years from City Cooling and their service is wonderful. The technician Hao and Khai knows their stuff and they do check whether your ac needs chemical wash, gas top up and do thorough cleaning. They're really professional and polite as well. Will continue to get my ac serviced by them.

Have been servicing our aircons with city cooling for the past two years . They are always prompt and give me timely reminders to fix my next appt date.
