I tried other Aircon services but went back to City Cooling again. They are very responsive on WhatsApp and it’s super easy to book appointments for servicing.The Aircon tech guys are professional and courteous. They are reliable and knowledgeable. I’m very happy to recommend City Cooling.

Worst experience. Few minutes after servicing guy left, both ACs started dripping water. Another technician came late at night again to fix it and he was handling the aircon in a very rough manner. After few days, the flipping motors of both Air Cons got damaged and they are unable to shut. Later we called another servicing company, they inspected and told us that the aircons have not been serviced properly and damaged on the inside. I am still unable to reach City Cooling staff regarding this damage.

We’ve been using CityCool for probably over five years already, and they have been very responsive and reliable. When our renovation contractor cracked our aircon casing and our ID claimed he was unable to find a replacement cover, we contacted CityCool and was able to get the replacement ordered and installed very quickly. Well done!!

I was being a total dick and overreacted to something small. I even said "I'm never going to use these guys again!" But then I thought about it and realised I've used many Aircon services and they really are the best. I was suck a jerk they tried to comp the service and I was ashamed. I couldn't do that. I'm a business owner too and that wasn't fair. So I apologised and will continue using them.

Request for chemical cleaning. Mr Cong and his partner came and dismantle the fan coils for a deep cleaning. He also check the gas pressure to make sure no leaks from the compressor after fixed back even though outside is raining heavily. Really appreciate his meticulous works and also help clean up the area.I gonna engage him again if I need another major servicing. Price is reasonable also.

Found City Cooling on Google and I was not disappoeinted with their service.Response was quick n precise. Win and Jadae, technicians who came for the servicing was thorough, meticulous and efficient.Good thing is they dont push for servicing contract or change parts etc. I did chemical wash for my 2 unit and its less than 300. Highly recommended!

City Cooling has been engaged since Nov 22, been through the process of gas refill, compressor cleaning, pressure tests, repiping, now after more than one month, air con is still not cold and 3 aircons are laying on the floor and pressure test has been redone and given completely different result. My aircon still awaiting professional trouble shoot and method to resolve the issue. Who could assist us ?

I have had our units serviced by the team from City Cooling. They are very efficient and usually accommodate the requested time day and time. They have also been very quick but respectful to the property. Cleaned up after themselves too. I had a follow up question and they did not hesitate to come out and speak to me. Will be booking them for again.

It was a great experience. The servicemen win/jadad were excellent with their friendly demeanour, work, cleaning and service. The customer service on whatsapp is prompt in replying and the service fees are a lot cheaper than other companies.I've tried using other services and they were not as meticulous nor punctual or has poor customer service operations.Definitely recommend this company and I'm continuing their services, converting to contract basis!

Both staff were polite and efficient in their aircon cleaning work. They would explain and show the areas that need deeper cleaning, eg. dusty blower and condenser. As a result, the aircon units are functioning well in cool condition. Thank you. 👍👍

My Servicing Team was RANA/MAN who came on 8th of Nov to service the 2 units in my place. Very thorough, efficient and was just cleaned so well. I used to experience alot of condensation on the flap of the swing, but after cleaning no such issues. Aircon has also become colder. They also both helped me to check the leak outside in the aircon tray (there was nothing) and everything was completed in under 45 minutes. I only used the basic service, customer service was also very prompt in replying and I changed my dates quite a few times and they were very accommodating. Great service and affordable - one of the cheapest I've seen and will be sticking to them!!

Have been servicing the house aircons with them for few times. Prices are affordable. Technicians (Rex, Wilden and their other colleagues) are friendly, knowledgeable, punctual, etc. Will continue using city cooling services. Thank you!(Update on my previous good review):- stop using their aircon service. Will use other company service-I have used their service many times from 2023-2024 to fix aircon issues but I realised multiple different problems keep coming back even after multiple repairs within a year which is strange.Happened to my friend as well since I referred this company to my friend and my friend used their service to repair the aircon. we realised that they did not say what is the root problem to the aircon and suggested expensive solution ($600+) to fix the surface problem as days after that repair, the aircon break down could not work. And this company suggested to change to a new aircon which will cost like 3K? This is ridiculous as why they can’t mentioned just say to change aircon when they were checking my friend aircon and suggest to change the motherboard. It seems like they just want to earn more money to do unnecessary repairs.I felt really bad for referring this company to my friend honestly.Which make me think that maybe they might be making new problems in my aircon so I will come back to them for repair again, making me spend more money?Or maybe they are not telling me what is the exact real problem with my aircon and keep telling me expensive solutions to fix issue that is not there in the first place?Not so sure about that but that’s just my conclusion. Anyway can’t really trust them.—————Before that used their aircon cleaning serviceAircon repairs are in:Oct 2023 - aircon water leakingfeb 2024 -chemical overhaul and change motor (big repair)June 2024- there is sound coming from the aircon and they say is glib loose.————-Nov 2024- and now my aircon is leaking water. (I never use their service btw, will find another company)After repairs there is so many issues, which is interesting to me lol.

Called for city cooling PTE LTD to came down my house to do a check on my air conditioner why there a blinking light. Two service man came down named “ win “ & “jadad “ after checked and used thier instrument, they explain very well with their knowledge and experience what causes the problem. Recently, Jadab and Win have been servicing our apartment. They came promptly according to scheduled appointment and helped to diagnose potential issues. They cleaned up neatly when done.
