Been using their service for years now and they have done great job each time for ac service. They gave clear and honest assesment each time as well when we asked if it’s time to replenish thing or do chemical cleaning. No hard sale.

Not sure about the recent technicians that coming to service our aircons, there was time that technician was very rough, today technician had trouble opening the bigger aircon (which other technicians didn’t seem to have problem). no longer great service over time.

The techs from City Cooling were very efficient with the servicing of our aircon units. Had them perform regular servicing of our 4 units and one compressor. The job done was of top quality.

I was initially worried about the ceiling since they had to create three large openings for the repair, but this company exceeded my expectations. After they finished, the ceiling patchwork was flawless—I can’t even tell where the holes were!
