Well, they are so fast and efficient. I engaged them for almost 2 years. Just shifted house, their brand is all I can think of when it comes to aircon servicing

Servicing was good. He kept the place clean and dry after each wash. Washing area was also not dirty. Informed arrival ahead of time.

Been using their service for years now and they have done great job each time for ac service. They gave clear and honest assesment each time as well when we asked if it’s time to replenish thing or do chemical cleaning. No hard sale.

Update april 2026:
Not sure about the recent technicians that coming to service our aircons, there was time that technician was very rough, today technician had trouble opening the bigger aircon (which other technicians didn’t seem to have problem). no longer great service over time.

The techs from City Cooling were very efficient with the servicing of our aircon units. Had them perform regular servicing of our 4 units and one compressor. The job done was of top quality.
