I had an excellent experience with City Cooling for aircon servicing in my home. Andy, in particular, is very knowledgeable and clearly committed to his work. Since he serviced my unit, there has been no leaking for more than six months, unlike other companies where the aircon started leaking again after a week.City Cooling is trustworthy, reliable, and their charges are affordable. They don’t rush the job or overprice their services. Andy cleans the unit thoroughly, works very meticulously, and always checks in afterward to ensure everything is working well. Highly recommended.

Got City Cooling team to install 2 compressor units + 5 blowers to replace my old aircon system. While initially the team mentioned that I had to inform them to put protection on the floor before hand, they acted on it fast and went to purchase the necessary equipment before starting. They were also responsive and got extra help when needed, which came quite promptly. The replacement was done within the first day and they came to do the touch up on the second. Overall it was efficient. Their package was also one of the most value.

City Cooling staff, Rana, Aung and Bulbul did carry out the job professionally on our most recent System 3 Mitsubishi Electric Aircon installation. The outdoor compressor replacement was the most challenging part due to access issue, weight and size of the compressor, but the replacement was done well. No issue with the aircon operations so far. Thank you for the servicing done. Appreciated.

I am very satisfied with the air-conditioning servicing provided by Pappu and Hasan. They handled and serviced all three air-conditioning units with great care and professionalism. Their work was thorough, efficient, and well-organized, ensuring that each unit was properly checked and cleaned. They were polite, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the work they carried out. Overall, an excellent service experience, and I highly appreciate their good handling and quality servicing. EXCELLENT SERVICE!! Very fast and meticulous. First time seeing him did the pipe suction to extract the gooey dirty gel from the Aircon pipe. I'm super impressed with the service rendered. Will definitely call them to do my aircon servicing in the future. 👍⭐😊
