Same-day aircon service: what we can fix on the visit
Most urgent problems are fixed on the first visit. Our technician checks the unit, tells you the cause and quotes before starting.
- Water leaks: drain pipe flushing, general servicing or a chemical overhaul for a badly clogged coil.
- Not cold: a gas top-up when the unit is low on refrigerant, after checking for a leak.
- Weak cooling or smell: general servicing, or a chemical overhaul if the coil and blower are heavily soiled.

How same-day booking works
- WhatsApp us the problem. Send a photo or short video, what you notice, your postcode and how many units need help.
- We confirm a slot. Book before 12pm for the best chance of a same-day visit. We confirm your booking within 24 hours, and a technician check is arranged within 3 days at the latest.
- We check and quote. The technician finds the cause and tells you the price before any work starts.
- We fix and test. We fix the problem, test the cooling and show you the result.
- You are covered. If a problem caused by our work comes back within 3 months, we check and fix it free.
What to do while you wait
- Switch it off. If the unit is leaking, noisy or smells of burning, turn it off at the remote and the isolator switch.
- Catch the drip. Put a towel or container under the leak and move electronics and furniture away.
- Check the simple things. Change the remote batteries and make sure the mode is Cool, not Fan or Dry.
- Clean the filter if you can reach it. A clogged filter alone can cause weak cooling and ice on the coil.
- Do not top up gas or open the unit yourself. Refrigerant must be handled by a trained technician.

Can you come today?
Often, yes. Book before 12pm and we will come the same day when a slot is free; otherwise we arrange a technician check within 3 days. WhatsApp a photo of the problem, your postcode and the number of units, and we will confirm the time.
Do you charge more for a same-day or weekend visit?
We confirm the full price, including any extra charges, before any work starts, so there are no surprises on the day. Ask when you book on WhatsApp.
Is there a fee if I decide not to go ahead with the repair?
Checking and diagnosis costs $35 per unit, before GST. We tell you the repair price before starting, so you can decide whether to go ahead.
Do you offer 24-hour emergency aircon repair?
No. Our technicians work 7 days a week, from 10am to 7pm. If your aircon fails at night, switch it off and WhatsApp us, and we will book the earliest slot.
What if a part is needed and not in stock?
We replace the part the same day when it is in stock. If it has to be ordered, we tell you the waiting time and price before you agree to the repair.
Will servicing fix my aircon leaking water?
Usually. Most leaks come from a blocked drain pipe or a dirty coil, which servicing or a chemical overhaul clears. If a part has failed, we quote the repair on the same visit.
How much is an urgent gas top-up?
R22 costs $50 to $80, R410A $80 to $120 and R32 $100 to $150 per unit, before GST. We check for leaks first, because a unit that keeps losing gas needs a repair, not another top-up.
